Suretrade Building Services Ltd is the construction company owned & directed by Bruce & Sharmion Kirkbride. Bruce has in excess of three decades experience in the building industry & has provided many landmark homes & alterations for clients over that time. Based around the principles of honesty, integrity & excellence, we are the first choice for decerning clients, who want their project to be enhanced by quality craftmanship. Suretrade are Master Builders in Cambridge, Hamilton, and the Waikato.
In employing skilled tradesmen, we are able to provide a mandate of attaining quality results that all parties can be proud of. We align ourselves with a network of sub contractors who further compliment this philosophy.
Bruce’s name is synonymous with architectural builds, which require experience & skill, honed from many years of working on the more demanding projects. Testament to this is that, over the years, four independent architects have chosen our team to work on their own personal projects, executing the build on some very interesting & demanding creations.
Mark Stuttard has worked alongside Bruce for the past twenty years. Mark is renowned for his excellence in both building and project management. He now works alongside Bruce as the Assistant Manager of the company.
Whether a new home or an alteration, we will always endeavour to provide that special result.
To compliment the building team, we now provide an in house kitchen joinery service, eliminating the need to work with yet another tradesperson.We see this as a seamless accompaniment to owners with all parties working to achieve a common goal.

Back in 2002 I engaged the services of Bruce to build my New Family home.
An Architectural Designer at the time I designed a building to showcase my Architectural Business, this resulted in the build of a complex 2 Storey timber framed structure consisting of Curves in both Plan and Elevation.
With Bruce’s great communication skills, professional manner and the collaborative way in which decisions were made combined to ensure an enjoyable and stress free experience.
Our home while complex in structure was completed to the highest quality. We ended up with a quality home built by a quality builder, a project which we are all very proud of.
